Support will only be provided through the following channels:

Available Hours The hours during which you can expect to receive support for your system
At Your Door The maximum wait for an engineer to be at your house
Preferred Hourly Rate Preferred - $180 inc GST per hour
Standard - $230 inc GST per hour
Gold and Platinum Only - Weekends and Evenings 1.5x preferred fees
Remote Management A package of software and hardware that helps us to quickly identify and resolve system problems.
ISP/TV Concierge Nominate us as a delegate to deal with Sky/BT/etc on your behalf. We can help with line faults, meet Sky/BT engineers at your home, etc.
Proactive Support We'll monitor your system for offline devices, slow network speeds and other key indicators of a problem and act immediately
